1) Holders of passports of the National States that do not require a visa to enter Germany (phrase: “No”), are not allowed to stay more than 90 days respectively half year in Germany. In addition, they are not allowed to accept an employment during this period.

2) Nationals of these countries are not affected by the point 1).

3) Residence authorization (for stays over 90 days) may be applied for after the visa-free entry.

4) Point 3) applies if no employment is taken up.

5) The visa release applies only to holders of biometric passports.

6) The visa release applies for holders of SAR passports (passports of the special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macau).

7) The visa release applies also for citizens of the british national overseas.

8) The visa release applies to holders of biometric passports if only they are not issued by the serbian coordination directorate (Serbian: Koordinaciona uprava).

9) The visa release applies only to holders of passports issued by Taiwan which an identity card number included.
